Founded in October 1996 when Edward Flanagan created E.D.’s Yard Grooming with David Ron, Edward’s Enterprises grew from landscaping and gutters to become a California B licensed general contractor in 2005, when the company began offering commercial & residential remodeling, maintenance (Apartment, Retail & REO), and repairs.
In 2006, we moved to a new commercial location which allows us to stage projects, equipment & room for a small operations office to meet the demands of our satisfied customers. In order to continue and expand services offered to our clients, we took and passed the test to add the C-36 Plumbing license to our existing B General Contractor license, and we now offer services to numerous residential and retail customers throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties.
