What’s Included:
UP TO 1 Exterior Single-Panel Sliding Glass Door or UP TO 1 Exterior French Door Set:
- Smooth Operator: We’ll clean and lubricate your door wheels, tracks and hinges to reduce squeaking and creaking, and making your door open more smoothly.
- Dust Busters: Dust the door opening and track, because nobody like a gritty track.
- Alignment Wizards: We’ll adjust and align your door and door latch, making it easier to open and close.
- Hardware TLC: Tightening screws and handle set as needed and ensuring everything’s snug.
- Sealing Magic: Wipe down and applying a light oil to seals when needed.
UP TO 1 Exterior Pivot/Swing Door:
- Smooth Operator: We’ll clean and lubricate your door hinges, key cylinder and handle set to reduce squeaking and creaking, and making your door open more smoothly.
- Dust Busters: Dust the door opening because nobody likes corner cob webs and grit in the seals.
- Alignment Wizards: We’ll adjust and align your door and door latch, making it easier to open and close.
- Hardware TLC: Tightening screws and handle set as needed and ensuring everything’s snug.

UP TO 8 Exterior Windows:

What’s Not Included:
Parts Replacement:

Glass Pane Cleaning:

Inaccessible Windows/Doors:
- If a window or door is difficult to access (e.g., due to landscaping or other obstacles), we cannot guarantee that we would be able to service it.

Specific Situations:
